OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) is a non-profit arts agency with the mission of promoting and supporting the quality and diversity of artistic resources based in Northeast Minneapolis to benefit the greater community.

Our Activities:

Represents Northeast artists in the neighborhood and city developments.
Works for creative solutions on issues that affect artists.
Hosts fine art events:
- Art-A-Whirl® , our famous Studio Tour and Open House
- First Thursdays , a year-round evening of open studios in the NE Arts District
- The Fall Fine Arts Show
- Provides learning opportunities to artists on business and art topic
- Serves as a clearning house for studio and housing opportunities
